HEALTHY TIPS

GET UP!

  • Get enough sleep.
  • Try to eat Vitamin C everyday.
  • Eat a healthy breakfast everyday.

GET OUT!

  • Get outside for fresh air.
  • Make your own healthy snacks. Junk food makes you tired and gives you no energy!
  • Get plenty of fresh air, eat your fruits and vegetables, drink lots of water everyday.

GET MOVING!

  • Take a walk, ride a bike (with a helmet on), kick a ball, walk the dog, play with friends, anything that keeps you moving.
  • Include exercise (anything you like to do that has movement) everyday.
  • Play with your friends. Or, some things you can do by yourself are dance, jump rope, hula hoop, hopscotch, kick the ball, run and play with the dog, anything that keeps you moving.
