Just took an awesome ride on the Tube! (That's a subway
for all you American Folk). Glad to be back on steady ground
with my band mates!! Sometimes I forget how important it
is to exercise and eat right, so I am glad the band stays
on top of me. They suggested I take a nice walk next time...I
need all the energy I can get to play my SAX-O-PHONE!"
Get
plenty of fresh air, eat your fruits and vegetables, drink
lots of water everyday.

MOVING!
Play
with your friends. Or, some things you can do by yourself
are dance, jump rope, hula hoop, hopscotch, kick the
ball, run and play with the dog, anything that keeps
you moving.
